Mr Rupert Beck

Mr Beck has been a Consultant Urological Surgeon at the Great Western Hospital in Swindon since 1998. He is also an Honorary Consultant Urologist at Southmead hospital in Bristol where he runs four andrology clinics per month. He is a member of the British Association of Urological Surgeons and fellow of the Royal College of Surgeons (Edinburgh).

He trained in London, Nottingham and Edinburgh as well as undertaking research at the world-renowned National Hospital for Neurology and Neurosurgery where he evaluated urinary and erectile problems in patients with neurological disease. He has written and lectured extensively on bladder and erectile problems.

Mr Beck has a specialist interest in men’s health, including problems with erectile and ejaculatory dysfunction, Peyronie’s Disease and testosterone treatment. He regularly performs microscopic vasectomy reversal and also undertake assessment of male infertility

In addition Mr Beck also treats patients with bladder, prostate and kidney problems. He is the lead clinician for urological cancer in Swindon and works closely with the specialist urological cancer surgeons in Bristol.  He is currently involved as a surgeon  and  investigator into a trial of prostate laser surgery (Unblocs).
